About Sarah:

I graduated from Maryland Institute, College of Art in 2001 where I studied illustration and painting under a number of incredible artists.

I am really into painting portraits, but lately I've been inspired by the Daily Painting movement to evolve my technique through the practice of painting small still lives each day. It's been amazing for me!

Some of my favorite subjects so far have been maraschino cherries, wine bottles, ceramic dishes, and, of course, fruit! !
